A lot of People are going through a tough time these days, including me. I have moments of questioning everything - my journey, my purpose of life & everything I am doing right now.

Most of the time we build up this resistance inside of us, what holds us back from living the life we want to live. 
This Resistance is always accompanied by this 👉🏼 little voice telling us to stay in our comfort zone, to not risk anything.

That's why it's so hard for us to step into the Unknown, but this is the only place where SELF GROWTH takes place.

Through my Meditation practice I've learned to sit with my Resistance and to face the Unknown.

This Meditation helps you

* when you want to embrace your future self
* when you want to grow beyond yourself
