Instead of writing my grant, I'd decide it was the perfect time to clean out my inbox or organize my closet. Since this procrastination felt functional, I'd convince myself that it was no big deal. The problem was it never got me closer to my goals, and at the end of the week, I was really disappointed in myself for avoiding the task, again. If you struggle with procrastination, either functional (i.e. cleaning every bathroom in your house), or dysfunctional (like over-snacking or binging on Netflix), I want you to know, I feel you. I used to do it pretty frequently. Then, I learned how to interrupt my procrastination cycle, and now, I'm way more productive throughout my days and weeks. In this week's podcast episode, I teach you why your brain procrastinates and how to interrupt your own procrastination cycle, so you can increase your productivity and have more time for the things you love.
