I am a fan of this episode. I get into the necessity of learning and experimenting with the power of emotional acceptance of any situation as a pre-requisite to any change or transformation in ourselves and our behaviors into a more loving state. I also end up sharing a lot about where I am in the process and some of my injuries and an experience I had with experimenting with acceptance in a certain area of my life.
