In this episode, I share the lessons I've learned recently in life and business, including how training for a half-marathon taught me a lot of valuable things about myself. I share how my business is going and some recent gut health issues that I've been experiencing as I struggled to get a handle on my stress levels. My perspective of what self-care means has changed a lot recently and I discuss how marketed concepts of self-care may be doing more harm than good.
