In this solo episode I talk about my own journey with alcohol and weed and how I went about reducing them both, doing 222 days sober and over 150 days sober so far this year. I'm not an addiction specialist and this isn't aimed at those with addictions, but people wanting to take breaks from alcohol or look at reducing their consumption or trying periods of sobriety.

I cover the 5 most important steps you'll need to cut back.

1. Getting accountable to someone, and investing in yourself and your health.
2. Making the decision in your head that it's already done and achieved, rather than being uncertain.
3. Having something to work on and places/people that demand your attention, effort and focus.
4. Working on areas that will take a hit when you reduce it, such as your social life.
5. Looking at your social circle and making changes to it.
