My guests and I tell stories and discuss ideas on ways to get through technical, physical and mental barriers. I spent the last 10 years as a psychiatric provider and enjoy having deep conversations with people to help them find their motivation to get them where they want to be. When I closed my practice in 2022 I had more time to woodshed, jam, and learn from other drummers. Now I am continuing those conversations with other musicians about music, practice, and life that help us stay on our game on The Drummer Mindset Podcast.
