Issac Rochell (@isaacrochell), defensive end for the Cleveland Browns, is our guest today. Isaac is entering his 6th season in the NFL. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Chargers in the 2017 NFL draft. In 2021, he signed a 1 yr., $2.5M contract with the Indianpolis Colts. Isaac played college ball at the University of Notre Dame. Since entering the NFL, he has lost close to 20 lb. & completely transformed his approach to working out & taking care of his body. Off the field, Isaac has grown a TikTok following of close to 1M followers, co-founded a luxury AirBnb experience called the Margo Estate (@margoestate), & founded several philanthropic projects including: See You on Sundays, & Local Human. Isaac grew up in McDonough, GA.
