You see the car moving on the map, you have the driver's photo, the car make and model, his registration, his license number.

On the other end of that screen, there is a driver who sees a name and sometimes that's a nickname, and nothing else.
Amidst the pandemic, people have been financially hit and last month TFL reported an increase in attacks on drivers working on ride-hailing apps. It all culminated on the 17 of February when one driver was stabbed and killed.
