In this episode we interview Duncan Simonson who has built his career in the green industry. The Green Industry centers around the environment, basically defined as any product or service that preserves and enhances the quality of the environment. Duncan became interested in the green industry during a brief stint in the Peace Corps down in Panama. He then came back to the United States and started his career as a farmer, working on community farms. After years as a farmer, Duncan stayed within the green industry and transitioned into the role of an Arborist. If you are unfamiliar, Arborists are professionals who care for trees. From scaling 50 foot trees with chainsaws to treating trees for disease, Duncan’s experience as an Arborist ranges wide and far.
