Brian's a boy wonder and a transportation superhero, or at least something like that.  I met Brian in TCC Model UN back in 2006, since we've traveled to many places and collaborated on several projects over the years.  He's a hipster, but I can tell you, the man cannot be trusted to cut the cake.  It's a great talk, and we seriously discuss the future of transportation, traffic, bikes, e-bikes, scooters, and toll roads.
