Sophie Smith is a renowned Australian cycling journalist, author, reporter and television presenter. She is best known for her on the ground TV coverage and written journalism for major Australian and UK mastheads having covered the Tour de France 9 times. Now a freelance journalist, Sophie is on the ground in Wollongong and takes us behind the scenes of press conferences, following the event with a TV producer in tow, and we all throw our top contenders into the ring of who will take out the mens and womens rainbow jerseys this weekend.
