Youth Career Specialist Susie Villaro joins the program to discuss equity and intersectionality in the workplace. Susie discusses challenges that women of color face in the workplace, and challenges that members of the LGBTQ community face as well. She also shares how the conversations around equity at Career Path Services have positively impacted the way she feels about her work and equity considerations when it comes to customers. You'll also hear Susie's advice for any organization looking to create a culture of equity and belonging.
