Our dreams are often so big that it’s not long before you realize that you can’t do it all on your own. But you’re not even paying yourself and you can’t imagine hiring someone else to help. However, that doesn’t change the fact that your hours are limited and you’ve been spending more time on tasks that drain you rather than light you up.   Eventually the thought will occur: “What if I had help?” But the next question immediately follows: “Do I even have time to train and mentor someone else?” Or maybe you wonder how you’d ever hand off the busywork and trust someone else to do it right.
