Excited to finally have a female on the show. We are back to Entrepreneurship and this time with the food tech industry. In this episode, I have the honor of talking to Shobhita Soor a Forbes 30 under 30 who is the co-founder of Aspire Food Group and the current CEO of Legendary Foods. She won the prestigious Hult Prize which is a global case competition that has a reward of $1M where she as a co-founder started Aspire Food group. Her story is amazing as someone who studied psychology, who then further pursued Law School/MBA a joint program offered at  McGill Unversity. Her curiosity then led her to travel the world and now is currently running a food-tech startup in Ghana that specializes in farming larvae. Tune in to this episode to learn more about her mindset and what she did to get where she is today.
