Today's Promise: Hebrew 11:6 The Christian life is a life of faith. The only way to please the Lord is to live by faith.  Faith is trusting that God will do what He has said He would do.  This verse gives us two truths on faith. First, faith begins with our belief that God exists.  Second, you must believe that God is the rewarder of those who seek Him. Without faith, you stand alone, trusting in your strength and wisdom. When you live by faith, you walk in the favor and blessing of God, in fellowship with Him, and your life is pleasing to the Lord.
