Today's Promise: Matthew 11:28-29 Today we wear busyness like a badge of honor. We live with overstuffed calendars, endless to-do lists, and the constant pressure to get more done. Jesus promises rest for those who follow Him. When you come to Him, He gives rest to your soul. In Him, you will find. Rest for the burden of past sin. Rest from the weight of religion. Rest in knowing you have eternal life in Him. You can't work your way into rest; Jesus gives it freely. All you need do is receive His rest by faith. In a world of busyness, Jesus promises rest to everyone who put their faith in Him.
