In this episode of Coffee with the Superintendent, Dr. Farmer reflects on 1 Samuel 19:1–7, where Jonathan courageously steps between his father Saul’s anger and his friend David’s innocence. Through this powerful story, we see the beauty of covenant loyalty and the foreshadowing of the greater Mediator who stands between God’s judgment and our redemption—Jesus Christ. Listeners will be encouraged to live with integrity, defend what is right, and embody Christlike faithfulness in every relationship.


 
In the Second Pour, we celebrate birthdays for Naomi Dues (alumni), Aubriana in 12th grade, Jenesis in 8th grade, and Mrs. Florence Thompson, one of our K5 elective teachers. Lunch today is Pasta with Meat Sauce. We also congratulate our Lady Bulldogs Golf and Cross Country Teams for finishing second in their conference championships and recognize Kyran in the 10th grade for earning All-Conference honors. It’s a day to celebrate faith, friendship, and the pursuit of excellence—on and off the field.
