When you become more aware of your emotions, it's easier to make changes that will result in a higher vibration. Second, surround yourself with better people. We are all influenced by the energy of those around us, so it's important to choose our companions wisely. If possible, spend more time with positive people who make you feel good. Additionally, try to avoid toxic relationships that drain your energy and leave you feeling worse than before. Third, sound and environment can affect you.
