Listen "Grief And Loss Meditation"
Episode Synopsis
Many of us are experiencing a form of collective trauma right now. As our 3D world is being dismantled, this means a loss of our old world. This can bring up a lot of emotions - anger, fear and sadness in particular. These are part of the grieving process, When we allow ourselves to fully acknowledge and feel these emotions, they can begin to be released so we can move toward acceptance and healing.
