We @TheCottage have been exploring ascension modeling our own steps in this Lenten Season to prepare us for Holy Week, the Cross, The Resurrection, & Christ's Ascension ahead of Pentecost. In this episode, we map out Jesus's ascent to the cross making way for our own descent by backing up and seeing what picture is painted along the way as Jesus pays homage to quite a bit of tradition to help listeners get the fuller vibe of what is behind all these details in the biblical narrative to get clearer imagery to enjoy the entire series we have been laying out. We explore laying the foundation to discovering the riches hidden in these ancient prayers of God's people to climb into God's way of doing and being in our daily lives ahead of dealing into them more fully in future broadcasts.
