Episode Synopsis
Growing up in Altamont, Kansas, Terry Trout liked to make things. In high school, his shop teacher, Mr. Holroyd, suggested that since he liked to make things, he might be interested in a wood technology program at Pittsburg State University (PSU.) So it was then that he was graduated from PSU in 1996 with a major in Wood Technology and a minor in business. Little did he know then that in September of 2011 he would take on the unlikely challenge of becoming a restauranteur.
