This week on the Conveners my guest is Michelle Roberts from the Richmond Group of Charities.
Michelle is the physical activity and health program lead. The Richmond Group of Charities are a coalition of health and care charities working together to help people living with long-term, multiple or complex health needs to live well and thrive.
As our sector talks a lot about addressing inequalities and supporting those that need the help to be active we really should be listening to Michelle and her colleagues I would suggest.
They have delivered the award winning We are Undefeatable campaign which has really been successful and recently released a report called 'Millions More Moving - Tackling inactivity by supporting people with long-term conditions to move more' in which they put forward three proposals for policy change that Michelle talks through here.
