What would happen if we stopped trying to force our way on the external world, and turned our focus inward, to work on what's wrong inside ourselves? I think that one action would create a lot more space for peace and unity in the world. But it's wouldn't necessarily improve our lives immediately. Facing the darkness inside ourselves is hard work, but eventually, it pays off. That's what The Construction Monk discusses in this weeks Wednesday Pop-Up Podcast.
