He has built an applied career substantively in Paralympic contexts, with a focus on driving change through creativity, empathy, complex thinking, negotiation, and an ability to communicate effectively. After 10 years with Paralympics Australia, Ross was recently seconded into the role of ‘Learning Design Lead’ at the AIS, where he oversees the development and implementation of a national skill acquisition and learning design strategy.
