Today we analyze the cutthroat practices of Amazon - a pugnacious company that still views itself as a startup (think fightin'-Irish pose).This is a story about choking out competitors, and backstabbing your own sellers. If a third-party seller's product becomes remotely successful, they might accuse the seller of being a fraud, which forces them to prove themselves by revealing the contract manufacturer. They'd then approach the manufacturer itself and commission an identical product.Funny thing is, these are just business practices. It's not nearly as bad as Apple's brutal control over their own products and users.Who's to blame for this?Us. We are, for continuing to buy things from Big Tech because we're lazy.
