Dovestone Church will use a 39,600-square-foot building on Lochridge Boulevard for services and community programs, with 250 parking spaces available. Although the property is zoned for heavy industrial use, a special permit allows religious activities. A separate permit would be needed for a school. Additionally, Wesley Methodist Church received approval to build on 30 acres on McGuirts Bridge Road, with plans for a sanctuary and parking lot, but no school. Both permits were approved without opposition.
