Jace and Rocky breakdown the DC Comics titles for the week of April 9, 2025. Aquaman breaks free of his bonds and looks to face the beign resposible for his imprisonment and rescure Atlantis. Meanwhile, from the wreckage of the planet Thanager a god emereges but will he be a savior to the Thanagarians or spell ddom for the remnants of the Red Lantern Corps. Fire and Ice have switched powers, but that is not all that may be different by the end of the issue. We also see Superman up against an unfamilair foe, but one DC fans will recognize. In Batman and Robin, we have some incredible character work that informs the relationship of Bruce and his father with a level of emotion and depth not seen before. Finally in Absolute Batman, the relationship Bruce has with his friends from crime alley is examined in more depth as he is faced with a new villain who is terrifying.
