Physical health - This can be immensely impacted by your mental well-being so hence I have put it in order. Physical health is eating the right diet, exercising or walking, and general medical check-ups.
By the end of this episode, you will understand that it is not selfish to take care of yourself mentally and physically and you will be able to use the practical tips shared to take care of yourself.
