Segment 2:
Exodus 90: Apostolate for men with three main tenets of Prayer, Asceticism (Training), and Fraternity.
Most often performed during Lent.
The 90-day duration was established to create order and discipline with good habits and to break bad ones.

Segment 3:
Exodus 90 throughout the year with programs such as Kings of Summer for 53 days and St. Michael's Lent beginning August 15.
