I have such a great time chatting with Derek Heron! I was lucky enough to have Derek demonstrate a fun protocol called Mindscaping. He explains all about what it is, how it works and why it's useful in helping you clear away stubborn or annoying issues in your life. He shares all about carefully sculpting the features of your internal map to change your mind, changing your life.  Derek has a unique perspective on the work he's doing today, as compared to, as he says, 'the old school ways' of doing it years ago.  It's a bit of a Goldilocks story he shares in his quest to find the right fit to work with his clients for the best outcome in clearing not just one, but many symptoms.  Finding just the right fit is something that serves so many now in the healing he's brought their way. Derek Heron is a qualified hypnotherapist with 2 diplomas in Hypnotherapy and has undertaken numerous certificated courses including The Swan Masterclass. Hypnotherapy for PTSD and Level 2 Certification in Self-harm and Suicide Awareness and Prevention. During 2020 and 2021 Derek embarked on further study and is now a Sexual Freedom Hypnosis therapist, one of only a handful of trained certificated practitioners in Europe. In May 2022 Derek became a qualified CBT practitioner.  Derek has a global practice, holding client sessions over the internet using media platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Derek is also a respected author, keynote speaker and freelance body language analyst.
