Through sharing my remarkably diverse family history—complete with rodeo clown lawyers, carnival barkers, and unsolved mysteries—I want to challenge the notion of "normal" families and reveal how even the most conventional-seeming backgrounds often conceal surprising stories. The raw truth is that our family histories are rarely as straightforward as they appear on the surface. I've learned that while our complex family backgrounds may leave us with emotional scars and unresolved trauma, these wounds aren't permanent sentences—they're just chapters in our ongoing story. What I want you to take away from my family's wild tales is that no one is too broken to heal, and that the messy parts of your history don't have to define your future.
