Razan Alsous is the perfect person to start with, Razan came over to the UK in 2012 after fleeing war-torn Syria. She has overcome many challenges to start her own business making 'Halloumi' cheese in the U.K. We discuss the challenges of being a refugee in a new country, with limited funds and limited grasp of the English language but a great idea and great ingredients.
