CKJ Elite is comprised of three core components: an unorthodox form of Karate, Muay Thai and unique locking throws, along with tradition (Gi) and progressive (NOGI) Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.Both the co-hosts trained under Grandmaster Willard Cephas, Sr., and have also trained in various other systems. They continue to train and teach out of Southern California.
