Prior to that, she served as Vice President and General Counsel at AlphaSoft Services Corp., where she played a key role on the Executive Team for over seven years. During her tenure, Marilyn helped transform AlphaSoft from a startup into a $50-million-a-year, multi-office powerhouse.With a strong background in employment law, Marilyn has advised and provided counsel to mid-sized and enterprise-level organizations, focusing on organizational development and corporate compliance. Her expertise in these areas has been instrumental in shaping her business acumen.As a mother of three young boys and a lawyer by training, Marilyn often credits her years as a bartender for teaching her the most valuable lessons about business, leadership, and connecting with people.
