So, if you've worked anywhere for any amount of time, and most notably in corporate spaces, you are quite familiar with 1:1s (with your managers, peers, and even cross-functional team members).  I’ve managed teams of all sizes and have had a deep, and first-hand education on all things related 1:1's, both as a leader, a manager, and as a direct report. Over time I’ve come to a few conclusions or have made what I would consider well-founded and thorough assessments on the anatomy of a “good/great" 1:1 experience, and what makes for a lackluster one.
