Troy Rogers is the Public Safety Coordinator for the city of Chattanooga. Troy strives everyday to help those in our city struggling to get out of a cycle of violence and poverty, all of whom are victims in one way or another. In our conversation we discuss the challenges facing many of the young people growing up in Chattanooga and their "hidden tears", the years of bottled up emotional pain, anger, and disappointment. Ultimately Troy gives these men hope by walking alongside them and opening up doors to new opportunities.
