Adoptive parents, but Pastor Chuck Evans and his wife Monica saw a greater need of children in foster care & adoption and families in Texas as the amount of children that are currently in the system & nationwide is staggering, there are over 1 million children that need help in the USA alone. Chuck talks about how this ministry is on the ground meeting needs, providing necessary things for kids in fostercare and families that can't afford bills. They are extending the ministry into other states.
