Meet PAULA ANDERSON.She attended LeMoyne-Owen College and earned a bachelor’s degree in English in 1996 and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Memphis in 2020. She earned her master’s degree in Journalism and Strategic Media from the University of Memphis as well. In 2023, she earned a graduate certificate in leadership from Union University. Paula is the founder of Writing by Design Media, Inc, a public benefit corporation, based in Memphis, Tenn. Her writing journey started in 2017. She has articles published in ‘The New Tri-State Defender’ and ‘The Tennessee Tribune’. In 2017, she developed a digital and print magazine (Memphis Small Business Quarterly) concept to teach entrepreneurship through reading.
