Regrets are underrated. In our society, we're almost allergic to the idea of regret. People say you shouldn't regret anything, that you shouldn't live with regrets, and that everything you've done has contributed to the person you are.

While this is true, not everything you do in life or in business will have the right outcome. Sometimes you're going to get it wrong, and sometimes, with the benefit of hindsight, you'll look back and wish that you'd done something differently. I think that's inescapable for everyone. 
Today I want to talk about regrets, particularly those that occur during the course of running your video business, and how these regrets can be leveraged as a powerful force for learning and change.
