If we all admitted it, being an active church goer is stressful! If you’re in the Ministry or part of any Leadership, the stress is insane. Add your job or business, taking care of your family or going to college and the stress is actually at a level that it is causing damage to your health. It happened to me. Then I read 3John2 and it hit me! In addition to all of this “churching”, I need to take care of my health and my finances! I had to make changes and I had to figure out how to balance it all…Business-Church-Life. Let's talk about it.
