The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Erótica Castro. "Miércoles de encierro" comes off the new EP, Una Semana, forthcoming on Plasmodia. ‘Una semana’ presents a spectrum of emotional and creative states: while some days pulse with glitchy rhythms, others lean toward atmospheric contemplation, and still others carry the weight of frenetic desire. All of them intertwine influences and moods that evoke techno, electro, and experimental ambient. Now, years after those recordings, Erótica Castro revisits them, and although the encounter adds new durations and perspectives that might seem to belong to someone else, they ultimately return to the same self, closing the cycle of a solitary yet transformative moment.
