In this video I cover in more detail the idea that our body is a temple wherein the Holy Spirit (God) dwells if we are a Christian, i.e. if we have been regenerated or born again or washed from above. We must
not abuse ourselves in any way.

1 Corinthians 6:19 Teaches us that our body is a temple. We are sanctified vessels, that is, we are set apart from the world and set apart unto our Creator/God.

Thus we belong to God and we are not our own to do our own pleasure but rather we are to do the pleasure or will of God. We are to be yielded up to God because we are purchased by and for God.

We are bought with a price even the precious blood of Jesus Christ our redeemer who made atonement for us on the cross.
