My background as an English teacher, stay-at-home mom, and community volunteer prepared me for this calling to work in developing relationships with our non-profit community and church membership as we jointly love our neighbors. We partner with local organizations that help transform the lives of those in poverty – whether a poverty of material needs, spiritual intimacy, being, community, or stewardship. We believe that it is our job to connect to those around us rather than to correct behavior and patterns.
