Listen "Putting it all on the line and Pivoting Successfully through Covid with Travis Odom of Moe’s Southwest Grill | Ep 19"
Episode Synopsis
This week we’ve got a great show with Travis Odom, Travis is a Moe’s Southwest Grill franchisee that has grown from 1 location in 2009 to now 11 throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. In this episode Travis talks about putting it all on the line when they opened up their first location. Travis, his wife & 2-year old moved into his in-laws house and lived there for 3 years while they built up the business. COVID had a huge impact on every restaurant business including Moe’s. Travis talks about how they pivoted, offering “pop-up” events that would bring food into local neighborhoods and donate a portion of the sales to a specific charity. This program has been so successful that it will probably become a permanent fixture for his company.LinksBarclay Prime SteakhouseBooks: One Minute ManagerGreen LightsContagious Travis Odom Links: Email: [email protected]: https://www.moes.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/moessouthwestgrill/ Facebook (Personal): https://www.facebook.com/travis.odom.10 Facebook (Business): https://www.facebook.com/moesreadinglocations Send me a textDownload my FREE 8-Figure Playbook This playbook walks through the exact process I used to build from $0 in 2016 to $50M+/year today across multiple franchise brands Grab it here: https://brianbeers.kit.com/b79cf77012 Let's connect: Find me on X InstagramLinkedInYouTube
