Today we talk to the owners of 2 dairy farms - a raw milk micro dairy in Tennessee & an organic dairy farmer and cheese processor in BC, Canada. We invited a conventional dairy farmer to add perspective, but they declined.
There’s a lot of buzz on the internet about raw milk but that’s not the whole story. We explain pasteurization, homogenization, nutritional value, how cows are fed & we discuss hormone use.
