It's "The Watcher," the new Netflix show starring Naomi Watts, Bobby Canavale, Jennifer Coolidge, Mia Farrow, and Shooter McGavin. This show was either way too smart or way too stupid for its own good. Maybe both...? LET'S GET INTO IT.
