Ms. Roberts says that if you want to know what is actually going on with your insurance, you need to examine the small print and read between the lines.
Ms. Roberts has previously written two books. Her newest book is “Once Upon A Claim: Fairy Tales to Protect Your Ass(ets),” (Tilting At Windmills Press; May 2024).
She says the new book provides consumers with a better understanding of property and casualty insurance and claims.
