This week on The Big Breakdown: A Coaching Podcast we are joined by former Barbarian and Wales International Colin Stephens. Colin joins us to share his experiences coaching across the professional and amateur game, and about his current role at Leeds Beckett University where he is Director of Rugby. He offers some insight into what he has learnt during his coaching career, including a spell coaching Rugby League, and provides examples how university rugby union is now an important stepping stone to the professional game through the introduction of BUCS Super Rugby.
