In this episode my friend, Libby, and I consider (from varying angles!) an especially wise quote from Matt Haig which reads as follows:"You don't need a new you. You don't need replacing every year like another iPhone. Don't throw yourself away like another piece of plastic trash. Love the old you. Improve, evolve, do better, but head towards yourself not away. Be gentle with your mind."It's such a profound quote and led us down many different avenues, before we reached our ultimate goal of today's episode which was discuss, and share with you, our favourite TV series.
