Listen "Laurie Endicott Thomas"
Episode Synopsis
Laurie Endicott Thomas taught herself to read at age 4, by analyzing the spelling of the rhyming words in Green Eggs and Ham, by Dr. Seuss. After earning a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in a branch of economics at the University of Pennsylvania, she spent 30 years working as an editor in medical and academic publishing. She has also sailed the Bermuda Triangle in a sailboat called Saturnalia. She once planted an organic rose garden that was featured in American Rose Magazine. She uses interpretive dance to teach sentence diagramming, which works as comedy because she is completely untrained as a dancer. Laurie says, “My agenda is clear: I am against ignorance, violence, pestilence, and dangling participles–not necessarily in that order.” Her books provide basic lessons in history, biology, philosophy, and nutrition that empower her readers to enrich their lives, regain their health, and serve humanity. www.gorillaprotein.com www.nottrivialbook.com www.thindiabetes.com www.nomeasles.com https://twitter.com/LaurieEThomas https://www.facebook.com/GorillasProtein/ https://www.facebook.com/DoNotFeedtheNarcissists/ https://www.facebook.com/NoMoreMeasles/ https://www.facebook.com/thindiabetes/ https://www.facebook.com/nottrivialbook/
